объектно-ориентированное кодирование
Метод цифрового кодирования, который обеспечивает высокоэффективное сжатие изображений подвижных объектов и при этом не вносит заметных искажений на границе, разделяющей подвижный объект и неподвижный фон.
Различают два класса методов ОВС.
Первый ориентирован на распознавание объектов неизвестной формы путем синтеза изображения и сравнения его с текущим фрагментом, причем каждый объект характеризуется тремя группами параметров, которые определяются формой, параметрами движения и цветом.
Второй класс, основан на сравнении объектов известной формы со стандартными моделями.
